Refund Policy

At E-Commerce Engine, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Refund Eligibility


As a new client, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (“Refund Period”).

The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on which you pay the initial setup fee or service fee for your project.

Client Requirements


To begin your project, you are required to provide necessary information such as:

  • Business details
  • Design preferences
  • Required content or assets

This may be collected through a questionnaire, onboarding form, or direct communication.

Failure to provide the required information may delay or prevent project delivery.

You are still eligible to request a refund within the Refund Period, regardless of whether you have submitted the required information.

Refund Conditions


  • Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day Refund Period
  • After the Refund Period expires, all payments are non-refundable
  • Failure to submit required information does not extend the Refund Period

Delivery Commitment & Extended Refund Window


We aim to deliver initial project work within the agreed timeframe (typically within 7 days after receiving all required information).

If we fail to deliver within this timeframe, your Refund Period will be extended proportionally based on the delay.

Example:
If delivery is delayed by 2 days beyond the promised timeline, your Refund Period will be extended by 2 days.

Partial Refunds & Deductions


If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will include the amount paid minus any non-recoverable costs, including:
    • Custom domain purchases
    • Third-party tools or subscriptions
    • Paid integrations or licenses

If no such costs have been incurred, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services


The following are generally non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Completed design or development work
  • Custom branding or UI/UX assets
  • LLC registration or business formation services
  • Trademark filing services
  • Paid advertising or marketing spend

Subscription & Ongoing Services


For recurring services (such as hosting, maintenance, or marketing):

  • You may cancel at any time
  • No refunds will be issued for already billed periods
